More and more people on the Costa del Sol are switching to electric cars, yet most properties were built for far less power than a car needs. We install chargers sized to your actual grid connection, with load balancing that automatically reduces charging power when the AC, pool pump and oven run at the same time — so the main fuse never trips.
If you have solar panels, the charger can be set to charge only on surplus production. In practice a large share of your driving becomes free instead of exporting that surplus to the grid for a fraction of its value.

What does an installed EV charger cost?+
A complete villa installation is usually between €900 and €1,800 depending on cable run, power level and whether load balancing and a meter are needed. You always get a fixed price before we start.
Can I install a charger in a community garage?+
Yes. Spanish law gives you the right to install a charger on your own parking space — you only need to notify the community in writing, not obtain their permission.
How fast does a wallbox charge?+
A single-phase 7.4 kW unit adds roughly 40 km of range per hour. With three-phase 11 or 22 kW most EVs charge fully overnight with plenty of margin.
